Gluten Free Korean Beef Bibimbap

Bibimbap is a specialty Korean rice dish that provide a singular set of flavors and good vitamin in a single meal. This Korean Beef Bibimbap offers you a well-rounded meal with nutritious greens, rice, and meat that fill the bowl. This recipe will deliver you all the flavour to boost your standard dinner.

For this recipe I used beef as my protein of alternative. I first began with combining Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar, olive oil, and gochujang in a bowl to marinate the meat. Additionally, you will toss the greens within the Marukan Seasoned Gourmand Rice Vinegar to offer it extra of a seasoned style. When you cooked all of the greens til browned and the meat til desired doneness on a skillet you assemble the bowls. You begin with the rice on the underside adopted by all of the greens and beef on prime. I preferred including the fried egg on prime to offer this dish some additional protein.
